Stay rules and booking terms

Dear guests, welcome to Apartment Mone. For your comfort and the peace of all our guests, we have prepared these house rules. We kindly ask that you read them before your arrival and follow them during your stay โ€” so your getaway is relaxing and our home is ready for the next visitors.

๐Ÿ• Check-in and check-out

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Check-out is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

If you need to adjust your arrival or departure times, please let us know in advance โ€” we are flexible whenever possible.

๐Ÿ‘ฅ Number of guests

Only guests listed in the booking confirmation may stay in the apartment. Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted. Visits are only allowed by prior arrangement with us.

๐ŸŒ™ General rules

  • The apartment is intended for rest and relaxation, so please maintain quiet between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM and be considerate of other guests and neighbours.
  • Please always close the apartment's front door.
  • The apartment was thoroughly cleaned before your arrival โ€” for your comfort, please use slippers indoors.
  • The apartment is fully equipped with bed linen, towels, and kitchenware. We kindly ask that you do not remove any items from the apartment.
  • Tap water is drinkable.
  • Recycling bins are located near the property.
  • Parking is available directly next to the building โ€” it is free and at your own responsibility.
  • Please be environmentally conscious โ€” don't leave taps running unnecessarily, don't throw away towels after a single use, and separate your waste.

๐ŸŒก Heating

Heating is turned on before your arrival. To be environmentally friendly, please set the heating to a comfortable temperature and avoid unnecessary airing of rooms or excessive hot water use.

An air conditioning unit is available in the apartment for both heating and cooling. Instructions for using the remote control are provided in the apartment.

๐Ÿ”ฅ Fire safety

  • Please familiarise yourself with the location of the fire extinguisher in the apartment.
  • In case of fire, immediately call the fire brigade on 112.
  • Please exercise caution when cooking. Before leaving the apartment, always make sure the induction hob is switched off.
  • Bringing flammable or explosive substances into the apartment is strictly prohibited.

๐Ÿšญ Smoking and cleanliness

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony โ€” please extinguish cigarettes in the ashtray and do not throw them on the ground or into nature.

In case of smoking inside the apartment, a deep cleaning fee of โ‚ฌ100 will be charged. In case of major stains or damage to our property, you agree to pay cleaning costs of at least โ‚ฌ50 โ€” depending on the damage caused.

๐Ÿ”‘ Security

  • For security reasons, please close the front door and never leave the apartment unlocked.
  • When leaving the apartment, also close all windows.
  • Please look after your personal belongings โ€” we are not responsible for any loss of personal items.
  • Always keep the keys with you. Loss of keys will be charged โ‚ฌ35.

๐Ÿ›  Damage or malfunctions

  • Please report any malfunctions or damage that occur during your stay immediately.
  • Guests are required to inspect the apartment within 2 hours of arrival and report any irregularities. If not reported, the apartment is considered to have been received in perfect condition.
  • If damage is caused by guests, it must be fully reimbursed.

๐Ÿ’ณ Booking policy

  • Your booking is confirmed upon receiving the confirmation email.
  • To confirm your booking, you must pay 30% of the total amount.
  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival.

๐Ÿ“… Cancellation policy

Guests have the right to cancel their booking. Cancellations must be sent in writing (by email). If the cancellation is not in writing, the booking is considered uncancelled.

The cancellation fee depends on when the cancellation is made:

In case of an early departure due to reasons beyond our control (guest illness, change of travel plans, bad weather, etc.), you are not entitled to a refund and must pay the full rental cost for the entire booking period.

๐Ÿ“‹ Non-compliance with house rules

In case of a breach of these house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the stay and charge for the full booking period, regardless of the actual shorter stay.

By confirming your booking, you confirm that you are familiar with these house rules and general terms of business and that you will fully comply with them.
